Smileys Converted to ‘J’s by Outlook

Recently noticed surprisingly large number of alone-placed “J"s in e-mails from one of my colleagues. It turns out that it’s a common Outlook issue. Outlook converts smileys “:)” to “J"s. You can check the link for details and workaround.
